"On warm Sunday night in May around 4:30 pm, needed to cool down, and compressor finally gave up after 22 yrs of service. Called Benchmark to leave a message, hoping to here from them Monday morning. To my surprise, I get a call from a guy named Ryan about an hour later Sunday evening. I explained to him what happened and that I realized it was time for a new unit. I was told that he (Ryan) and the owner Mike would be over to check out unit and what my best options were first thing Monday morning. They were here first thing in the morning. The owner Mike gave me a very educational view about how these units work and how to get the best efficiency out of them. My decision was go for a new unit ( I mean after 22 yrs). Buy the afternoon Ryan called me to let me know he emailed me a few options of units to go with. I got back to him around 3 pm to let him know which unit I wanted. Ryan called me back around 4 pm and told me he might possibly have someone here first thing Tuesday morning to start taking out the old unit, that way when they get the new unit, it will be ready to go in. At 7:30 two guys by the name of Darrel and Brandon are at my door ready to start to decommission, and by 9:30 The owner Mike along with Ryan rolls up with the new unit, not only that, they are jumping in to give everyone a hand. Wow! Darrell and Brandon had my air on before they left for the evening (I mean that morning I had already contemplated Motel 8 for a night). Darrell and Brandon were back the next morning and finished everything up. This group is not just a great group of good professionals, they are a well knit family workers. If anyone is looking for a good experience, when your unit craters and it's a 100+, Benchmark Air Conditioning is it. Cheers to everyone who works for this organization! We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work.
