In fact, when it came to monitoring refrigerant levels, James took several readings to establish correct information. At all times, James took the time to explain his work and process, answering my many questions politely and professionally. Faced with a possible expensive repair, James did troubleshooting to establish that it was a faulty part. Instead of trying to get me to pay him for the part and repair, he advised me that the part was still under warranty and to contact the people who installed it. That showed me both his character and his skill in his craft. James provided me with advice that saved us money in both short and long term, and i highly recommend him."

"Upstairs would not cool down with the unit on, called indoor mechanical and Robert and Josh came out within 24 hours. Did a lot of testing and looked everything over and turned out needed and entire new unit. Had a price same day and an appointment set. They were on time, professional, cleaned and made sure everything was running right and even checked to make sure the kids rooms had good air flow to keep them comfortable during these warm spring days in NC. Could not ask for a better outcome to a crappy situation that is going to happen eventually when you own a home. Indoor mechanical will be my go to for anything they offer."
