"My elderly mother needed a new water heater . I gave her the contact info for a great, honest plumber. But due to her dementia, she forgot and ended up having a neighbor call a plumber, they chose Albert Nahman . Two plumbers came out and spoke with her and my 85 year old uncle and they were convinced to hire them at a price of over $6k (which, if you can believe, included the "senior discount"). My mom and uncle are clearly confused and easy to take advantage of, and these guys went above and beyond to take advantage of them, charging 4 times what this job should have cost. I called and spoke to a manager and got a ridiculous story of how complicated this job was, and how they were charged a reasonable price. I took away that this company is corrupt from top to bottom. If you want to be taken advantage of, charged way more than any decent plumber would charge, and then treated like an idiot who doesn't know that they are being cheated, this is the company for you!"

"If I can give this plumbing company zero stars I would. I had a slab leak, and this company came out for leak detection. I was told that I have two leaks and they cut two lines. They were charging almost 65000 for rerouting two lines. My insurance company also brought their own plumbers and did their leak detection and they found only one leak. The adjuster called RT Olson a fraud company and he almost declined my claim. The insurance refused to fix the two cut lines. They only covered one line and I had to pay for the other line out of pocket. I asked RT Olson to fix the other line that he cut and was not leaking but he refuse to take responsibility. Then he send me an invoice for the leak detection and threatens me to take it to collection and add extra fees. This company is a fraud."
