We felt that he was honest, reasonable and personable! The thing we liked most about Mike was that he provided his insight, but was still willing to try the project we had in mind even though there were many unknowns. Our project did not work out as we did encounter some structural limitations - he kindly backtracked and finish off the work with clean smooth results. David Hagen coordinated the entire project including refinishing our hardwood flooring throughout our whole first floor. The kitchen is beautiful! He started when he promised, and explained what he would be doing each day as the projected continued. David cleaned up when the project was completed, including vacuuming the debris in the cabinets and on the floors, and wiping the countertops and backsplash. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

I had called the day before and they said they may be able to get to me on Saturday and they called me today and said they had a cancellation and could come out today and do the work. The quality of the work was impressive.
