"Mr. Cooper removed and replaced water pipes damaged by tree roots underneath the concrete slab. He explained everything was is very thorough. Mr. Cooper is very respectful and helpful. I only gave grade B on punctuality because he had to come later in day as another project took longer. Always a good sign when a plumber is busy means they do good work! Would recommend!"
