"I was in an urgent need of my water heater to be replaced. The turn around in getting the right product and installation was very impressive. In addition, the Technican was very polite and knowledgeable of what he needed to perform his work."

"The Technicians were punctual, professional, and courteous. Installed 4 ton 16 sear Lennox split unit AC with gas furnace in one day, and did a great job."

"During December Mel did our HVAC maintenance, diagnosed the need for and installed a new condensate pump for our downstairs system and added a UVC germicidal system for our new upstairs HVAC system. We always request Mel for his expertise, knowledge and willingness to explain, and he always does an excellent job. We also had a new upstairs HVAC that was installed by Robbie and John and subsequent duct cleaning and disinfecting by Thomas. They all did an excellent job and were good and patient at explaining, answering questions and cleaning up the work area."

"I feel Commonwealth Contracting is very easy to work with. Mike Eippert always responds to any questions we may have had during the process of the work. This is the second major renovation we have had done with "Commonwealth" and both times we were very happy with the results. I will say you need to be patient with how long the project may take. We realized all of these contractors are extremely very busy at this time. However, quality was much more important to me than speed, and all of the work we had done is outstanding. As far as price they are not the cheapest nor the most expensive, however, I feel comfortable that what we paid for the complete renovation was very fair. To me "Quality" of work done is most important and that is what "Commonwealth" provides."

"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"Went great. Maddie H. came by and found the problem with my old water heater. She setup the install for me. Bradley K. installed the new water heater the next day and did an excellent job. Both individuals were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Great job to everyone concerned. Thanks!"

"Tim did an excellent job installing two new pendant lights in our kitchen. He kept necessary drywall cuts to a minimum, and even cleaned up the drywall dust afterward. The end result was exactly what we wanted, at a very fair price."

"On time Very professional and courteous Made sure that we understood the operation of the system. Better than the original installers!!"

"Outstanding service. Prompt, showed me exactly what was wrong, how the installer made mistakes and where, then grabbed the part from a store, cane back and installed."
