The only issue was that their charge was at least twice I am used to paying for that type of service. No parts and technician required 2 hours to complete and the charge was $1,000. I'm not sure where to start...we found someone better at the job who charged less, offered greater transparency, and didn't leave us hanging in silence past an agreed due date to the point we'll now be without A/C all summer awaiting a new unit to be built. Professional up to a point, and at least 25% higher than competitor prices for same work and parts. Be prepared to be underwhelmed and treated like a dummy who doesn't deserve to know what's going on."

I paid the deposit and Ashley called to arrange time to do the work. She said it would be painting only. I told her again that the drywall needs replacing and she hung up and talked to Vince. She called back and said the quote included “mudding and painting.” I asked how they planned to “mud” crumbling drywall. She said they would just mud over the damages. I asked for my deposit back so I could find a reputable company."
