"Not every custom builder can custom build – Winthrop Place Inc is a true exception It was a real pleasure to work with Michael and his crew. I already had a fully developed floor plan of what I wanted to build. We went over that in great detail made necessary adjustments and agreed on a start date. Having already build two houses from scratch I had no expectations of getting this basement completed below 4-5 months, so when Michael said he would do it in two - I honestly didn't believe him. I can only say how wrong I was, and how amazed I am at the level of his attention to details. My style is modern contemporary and I needed some custom work which I wasn't sure it could be done. Michael worked with me every step of the way and found resources who would be able to pull it off and the final product was exactly how I had envisioned it. Here's a list of things he pulled off - all which were important to me- 1. Create a floating table that straddles two basement support poles 12.5' apart - the material used was quartz and he had to support all 1100 lbs of it (42 sq ft) without any visible base or legs 2. Wall mount a concrete sink weighing over 300 lbs 3. Wall mounted large electric fireplace 4. Vinyl tile flooring - avoiding any type of visible pattern 5. Paint a 70' long wall to look like concrete 6. Vertically mount 4' x 2' pieces of giant ceramic tile on the riser of my bar Most custom builders wouldn't get past the first item on the list, Michael made it work within a very reasonable budget. Would highly recommend him and his team for any type of remodel work. Rudro"

"Awesome job! Redid the carpeting and all the trim in multiple rooms of my house. Even replaced a few windows. I was thinking it would be almost a week to get everything done but they did it all within a couple of days. 10/10 would hire again."

"The attic above the garage was remodeled to into a spacious room, with insulation drywall and air conditioning. An excellent job was done with attention to details. A very dependable contractor."

"Pete was very professional and thorough!!  He was came when he said he would and did what he said he would.  He made recommendations without any pressure for additional work/cost.  The estimate was what I paid.
The windows look great.  He was careful of details.  I would hire him again.   VERY GOOD WORK!!"

"Diaz property solutions worked with us to understand the variety of things we needed done, Jason the owner was super professional, attentive to our requests, and stayed in touch and communicated very well. He made sure we were happy every step of the way. The work area was cleaned up daily and even though we had a lot going on it never looked like a warzone at our house. I will continue to use them in the future for all our home improvement needs. Would 100% recommend !!"

"Workers arrived on time, introduced themselves and got right to work. Floors looked good after sanding and the first two coats of finish and even better after the final coat was done and dry the next day. Everything was cleaned up nicely. Early in the job workers called and suggested expanding the work to other rooms at a good price but accepted a no without problems. Only thing that would have made this a better experience would have been better communication up front about putting down new molding and thresholds. Late the first day they offered to do the work for an additional charge that sounded like a lot so I said no. After further research I found their price was a good one and I wish I would have had them do the work. Their equipment did the job but was not the linear machine I have seen before. Also I was not given a choice of sheen. I should have asked more questions. Still, floors look great and I am satisfied. There do not seem to be many people doing this kind of work. Only got two contractor suggestions and one installed new flooring, did not do refinishing. Fortunately my one choice turned out well."

"Everything looks great. Done quicker than I expected and fair price. Thank you very much!"

"G L Construction Management was such a great company to work with! I had numerous services completed by them in many rooms of my home. Very professional and friendly company. I wanted several things done before I moved into my new home and they worked very quickly to get me and my child settled in before Chrismas. I would recommend them for any household construction needs."
