Cesar worked with me along the way to come up with the perfect design to ensure all my requirements were met. He is knowledgeable and his attention to detail is second to none. The CSZ crew, Armondo and Benjamin were also a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hardworking. They also did an exceptional job cleaning up at the end of each work day. My dog even loves them! I highly recommend CSZ Construction. They will most certainly be back for future projects in my home!"

"Mike went beyond his service. He replaced my concrete patio and place it with paver tile stone. He paint my bathroom and put up new light fixtures and fixed my wood kitchen floor. He built a beautiful deck. Very nice experience working with Mike. Not disappointed at all. Very nice man"

"They are not local to my area. Please, hire local. And this is for Angi: Try not to recommend contractors who are a significant distance away, in this case around 80 miles (and 2 states) away. Great website, appears to be professionally designed and maintained, I like what they do (judging from the content in the website) but I am outside their service area. I don't live in that area. If I owned a home or apartment in that area, I would hire them."

"I found Nilsen Building and Remodeling from Angie's List and at the time, they had a 'Painter for a Day' promotion going on that I couldn't refuse - I thought, it's so affordable what could possibly go wrong? I reached out to David to coordinate right away so to take advantage of my voucher, and he was in touch shortly after and we were able to lock in a start date two weeks later. I was concerned about scheduling without having him stop by and seeing the space first, but he assured me there wouldn't be any concerns and that the job could be done within the 8 hours. To sum up my experience in one sentence - I am so happy with my finished, painted room and I will certainly be using David and his team for more projects around my house and would highly recommend him to anyone looking in the North Jersey area. The job included painting a lot of trim work and 2 accent walls. Once you get past the bright purple color I chose, you can see their high-quality work and attention-to-detail all throughout. "Everything turned out very nicely and I was extremely pleased with the quality of work done. Thomas and his assistant arrived on time and did a fantastic job; very neat, clean and the result is exceptional . They replaced the damaged walls in my long hallway and bedroom and in a few other small areas with 3 coats plaster, primer and painted entire area. This was a 2 day job and since the job was finished sooner than expected and he had the time, he agreed to paint the interior of the garage which really needed a thorough cleaning. Came out beautiful. I will definitely use the services of Argostoli again. Very reliable and highly recommend Thomas and his company."

"They were great experiences. We have worked with Platinum several times because we liked their prices, punctuality, and professionalism. The first time we hired them was to remodel our guest bathroom. We had a tub/wall combo that we didn't like and wanted to replace with new tub and tile. We got several proposals, but many of them were over priced and they always would end up breaking most of the bathroom. Platinum proposed a cleaner job also at a lower cost. It was great! We were not happy with how the cubby in the shower was made, and we didn't say it to them until after a few months, they still came and fixed it! The second time we had them was a few months later to remodel the kitchen. We wanted a bigger island and to get rid of a fridge in the middle of the kitchen and move it to a side. We asked them for a quote before we asked anyone else. We were so happy with the price that we didn't even ask other companies for any quotes. They moved the fridge and opened up space for the new fridge with the existing cabinets. The also installed the new island and re did the kitchen floor from tile to wood. They made it match with the floor we already had in the living room. It was great as well! Third time we hired them to put a wall outside our house. When we bought the house, it seems like the living room was an extension made on a deck. The underneath the deck was never covered, therefore the living room was always cold. Platinum put insulation and a new wall. We had at least 2 other contractors give us a quote, but then we finally asked Platinum again (we didn't ask them initially because we weren't sure they did that type of job). Well, they gave us a proposal and it was lower than the others, and again with guys we already knew. It was an easy decision. Then the last job we used them for was a few weeks ago to convert out master bath from a tub (kind of Jacuzzi) to a stand-up shower. They came to give us the price almost immediately. They were available for inspections, and they were even available for picking up permits or materials if I couldn't do it myself. I was very pleased with their job. I made a mistake getting the wrong tiles; they noticed when they started putting up the tile and saw the difference. I felt terrible, but they were so patient and helpful. They just removed the tile and waited for me to get new one. I really recommend these guys!!!! They have also done a few other smaller jobs in my house, like repairing a hole in the wall that my nephews made playing soccer inside the basement. Repairing a leak in the kitchen ceiling. Repairing a broken piece in the second floor wooden floor...I think I lost count. The price i am putting down below is only for the master bathroom as I don't remember the other prices."
