"Roger responded the same day I called and was right on time. He was very polite and did a great job. He had to cut into the dry wall to reach the faucet and then strapped it down to the stud as it should have been done during construction. The only drawback was the charge included time for him to get back to the shop. That should be part of the overhead for the company and not the customer. Overall it was a great job and I will call them again for plumbing problems."

"I called at the end of the work day on a Monday. Two of his emergency people were sick and he said he couldn't get to me till after 10 PM. With that being the case, he first asked who else I had called so he could think of who else might be able to help me. After discussing the particulars of the leak (being outdoors and not leaking onto wood, he said he could come the next day. They arrived in a timely manner, replaced the pipe with one less likely to break from freezing and also cleared a stopped gutter drain that I had kept meaning to get cleared. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"I contacted Mr. Love on Friday at around noon. He was available and arrived an hour and a half later, as promised. He looked over the items needing repair for a while. He had to leave for parts and returned about 45 minutes later. After he returned, he did the repairs and was on his way within a couple hours.  <br /> <br /> I had been dealing with the leaky tub for quite some time. It is such a HUGE relief to have it repaired!
