Hi there! We are Chris and Danielle Polanco, the owners of L.A.D.S. Western Division. We are a husband and wife duo with a great team who service the entire Western half of WI. We provide services along many scopes of restoration, including water mitigation, mold removal, fire mitigation, hoarding/biohazard clean up, and trauma/crime scene clean up. Along with our affiliates in the Eastern Division, we have over a decade of combined experience in the restoration/construction industry, including insurance adjusting. She and her team were very collaborative and creative in decisions we needed to make about walls, doors, doorframes and custom cabinetry. Her team was very professional, careful as they dissembled and moved things including baseboard heaters, cabinets and a very heavy pot bellied stove. They dried the rooms thoroughly, sanitized them and left the spotless. I highly recommend this company."

"We had a french patio door and 11 windows replaced in our home in Stillwater, Mn. We were extremely pleased with all areas of the process. Although the project was originally planned for mid November and did not start until mid-December and the weather created a few issues, the project was completed in a timely manner once it was started. I was very pleased with our installation crew: Chris, Gabe and Tanner. They worked very hard, were very considerate and punctual. Our sales person, Chris, did an excellent job in explaining the construction and product, Marvin Infinity windows and doors. The QC inspector, Josh was extremely thorough. Very little work had to be redone but Josh made sure every scratch and defect was replaced. We were extremely pleased with the thoroughness of his work. Every member of the Lindus team was professional, polite, informative and respectful. We listen to Andy Lindus on WCCO radio and that was the reason we choose Lindus Construction. The cost of our project was high and more than I expected to pay but we are very pleased with the end result."
