They came when they said they would and cleaned up everyday so you wouldn’t have known they had been there. Communication was open and it was easy to get ahold of Mark when we needed to. "We had been looking at doing this project for some time. We had a full basement remodel and a bathroom installed on the 1st floor. So many of our friends had told us horror stories about contractors and remodeling and that we should plan on things taking a long time and costing extra. Clearly our friends didn't deal with these guys. This was one of the smoothest business dealings we've ever done. They set a time period of 3 weeks and they were out of the house in 2 and a half. Everything was done correctly and up to code. This was all completed while the shadow of the coronovirus loomed over, and they never used it as an excuse. The final cost came in a few bucks less than what they quoted, which was the icing on the cake. You can do no better than this father and son team. Even if you don't know what is suppose to happen, if you have a vision they will make sure it comes to fruition."

"Jeff and team recently painted and performed numerous other home improvement updates on our 1981 ~2400 sq ft house. The paint job is very nice - all walls and trim, house, garage and basement. It was great that they are also able to do painting-related updates ranging from new electrical outlets, closet maid installs, new door hardware, etc. at the same time, and that help show off the freshly painted and updated house. They were also willing to come out and do some smaller touch-up jobs after all our furniture and carpet was installed. The JAM team had done some painting in our old house and when we moved and first needed a basically whole house paint job, we got two painting quotes and decided to go with JAM as the two quotes were very similar and we had enjoyed working with Jeff and team in the past. Thanks team - house looks great!!"

They offered many great suggestions and always listened to what we wanted. They went above and beyond our expectations. They treated our home as if it were theirs. They settled for nothing less than perfection, always cleaned up after, and always kept us informed of every detail along the way. The guys were the GREATEST!!!  I waited to write this review because I wanted to make sure leaking didn't occur.  After the monsoon we just experienced I'm happy to say "no leaks!"  The guys, especially Matt, were very professional and courteous.  They came in with huge pieces of plastic to wall off my basement so dust didn't spread throughout my house.  They put tarps down the stairs and when they were finished you wouldn't have known they were there.  All I can say is "wow".  I have never had such a good experience with repairmen.  I would highly recommend them!!!  Bob, who came out to give me the estimate, was professional and courteous.  He came across trustworthy and helpful.  I'm so glad I hired them :)

"Went ok. They came with some tubes of caulk. Basically everything they did I could have done myself for literally less than $20-30 dollars. They don't go up on ladders to caulk higher windows in home. Not even sure what they did in my basement or what they did to improve air leaks throughout the rest of my home. Again. A few tubes of caulk and I could have tackled on my own."
