They removed a portion of dry wall and saw a crack in the foundation. They explained the process of high pressure injection of a sealant. A few days later they returned, a few minutes earlier than scheduled, to do the work. Over several hours they applied the sealant. They tested the foundation for other cracks. They ran water along the foundation to test. The owner and his wife work as a team. They explained the cause, treatment, and what to look for in the future. The cost was $360. I was thrilled since previously a basement waterproofed had told us we needed a trench and sump pump costing almost $4,000. The dry wall does need to be repaired. But we know the problem is now solved.

"A++ Clog-Busters!! We called in the early morning and they were out to our house within a couple of hours. We will definately recommend this company to friends and family! Chris V., the plumber, who was professional and knowledgeable, came to our house and within an hour he had diagnosed, and de-clogged the main drain, and re-set the toilet. He also left our house clean of the debris pulled from the drain. Thank-you!"

"Bob came out and talked to me about what needed to happen. Didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need and even gave some advice on how the sump pump should be adjusted. Bill and PJ came out to do the actual work. Nice guys and wasted no time getting started. Laid down sheets to protect the hardwood floor in the foyer as they came in and out. Bill went above and beyond fixing the rod holes and the sealed cracks look like they'll hold forever. The outside sump discharge line looks great and I now have a clean-out for any future maintenance. Not much in the way of rain lately so won't know if everything sealed until then, but 4-Ever gives a lifetime guarantee so I'm not too worried. What I did learn with this project is that I have an entire wall of rod holes that aren't leaking bad yet, but do show sign of water leakage and will need to be fixed. Once I get the energy, I will tear out all the drywall and not hesitate to call Bob again to have his guys come out and do the rest of the rod holes."

"Tim showed up right on time. He was very polite and very professional. He answered all of our questions and addressed any of our concerns with the house. The final report was in my email within an hour after he finished the inspection. He also gave us his card that had his direct number on it in case we had any further questions. Which I did end up having to call him and he was still very polite and was able to answer the follow up questions I had. We will be keeping his card if we ever need anything in the future or to refer our friends and family."

"I called Levine and Sons because the junction in the kitchen/laundry rooms overflowed during Christmas dinner. A few minutes later the toilet in the master bath overflowed from the bottom. I spoke to a very nice representative from there the next morning. She told me that a plumber could come to my house that afternoon. When I asked about the free estimate, she replied that it would be $69 for the service call and $99 for each drain. The free estimate only applied to larger jobs. I was a little dismayed but I was desperate, so I booked the appointment.
Zack, the plumber, arrived promptly as promised. He was nice and explained my house's drainage system to me, and where the clog could be. He checked the main drain and saw no water flowing. Then he checked the two areas that had overflowed and determined that the clog was at a junction between the main drain and the kitchen. He cabled the junction, and the water ran freely. He was right on target. 
Overall, I am very pleased with the service from Levine & Sons. They were prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced. I will certainly use them again and will recommend them to others.

Leonard arrived on time May 30 as scheduled. After inspecting the problem areas he determined that they could be corrected by resetting a GFCI outlet located in our basement storage area that had been hidden by a portable clothes closet. The owner/operator Lara was very quick to respond to my query sent via Angi's List and had an appointment sent in less than a week. For unforeseen reasons, the work ended up taking more than one day, but she was able to squeeze in the additional work time a couple of days later. The quality of the work is outstanding and I really appreciated the way she kept me apprised of the work as it unfolded, explaining all of the details of the work and any issues that arose that required additional cost. I like her and her assistance's work so much that I scheduled her to also repair a janky gas line in the basement that she noted when doing her initial inspection of the place. What I appreciate most is that I know she uses quality parts and does everything to code, and warranties her work. It helps me rest easier, given the poor workmanship and shoddy treatment I've gotten from other contractors."
