"This company actually listened to what I wanted. We had a 40 year-old upper and lower outside deck that structurally was sound. If I were to replace these decks as suggested by several companies, my guess is it would have cost $35,000. This company assessed my decks from a structural standpoint and determined that they could rehab the deck with long lasting materials and my deck would be something I would be proud of. I am and they did the work in a week and a half at about one third of the cost of building a new deck. I highly recommend them."

"I obtained three estimates for a new deck, including removal of our old one (it wasn't build to code). Fence and Deck Connection was clearly the most experienced and well-organized operation, with many material choices, professional brochures, and still a competitive bid. Andrew was knowledgeable about the design of our deck and gave several insights which in the end turned out to be valuable in helping us make the best design decisions. The crew was professional and the detail in craftsmanship was excellent. Everything was very precisely measured and cut, and the seams with existing structure of the house are very tight. They were prompt to come back to fix a small detail that I found was not done properly and made it right. Also, the old deck was open underneath, whereas the new one has skirting around the base so that it made an enclosed space under the deck. There were some pavers under there that had been removed in the process of putting in the new footers, and even though it wasn't visible from the outside, they also replaced those pavers that had been removed so that's its a smooth surface for my recycling and trash cans under there. Overall, am very pleased with how things turned out, and would not hesitate to choose them again for any other projects. They really seek to make their customers 100% satisfied. Highly recommended."

Randy was very collaborative and responsive as we refined our requirements and specifications. Once we committed, Deck Builders helped us with the County permits and our HOA submission. The two person crew, Baldemar and Miguel, were phenomenal. They worked incredibly hard in very hot conditions and always answered our questions and inquiries as they were doing their work. They were always very positive and seemed to care a lot about the quality of their work (which was excellent) Ricardo came by several times and ensured everything was done to specification and even made some recommendations on lighting, which the crew installed. "We needed a new walkway (or patio) to connect our front porch to the garage (to replace the original quartz stone, board, & flagstone design), a new front porch (since the boards were rotting), and we needed the EverGrain Composite Decking of our back deck power-washed and stained. Deckmaster was the only contractor who could do all three jobs, and the finished product on all three was great, and they gave us a great price. They redid the stairs on the back deck and gave us an extra step on the front porch, both of which we really like. Deckmaster was patient while we got our homeowner's association to approve the design, and they were very responsive and reasonable every step of the way. I'd definitely hire them again and highly recommend."

"The fence looked great till I walked around a few weeks after it was installed. they had miss measured the distance between a few of the fence posts. The fence slates were just a inch or so short so they had angled the nails so they would reach the post. I called to complain they sent a guy out right away. but instead of installing a post next to the one that was already their he nailed a 2x4 on the post and nailed the slates to that. Not sure how long that is going to last They are very nice people to deal with but The mistake should of been corrected during the install. Thought a long time before posting this but the repair was subpar"
