"Isak was of great help in servicing our 15 y/o forced air and heat pump furnaces. He described every step of the service, taught us how the units work, and where to look for early failure. Isak also helped install and properly program our Nest thermostats so we have an efficiently running house and HVAC system. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for help!"

"I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. After these repairs, my Carrier system was back up and running—without the need for a costly replacement. Bluestar, and Isaac in particular, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty. They focused on resolving the actual issues instead of pushing for an unnecessary system replacement. I highly recommend Bluestar for their reliable service and Isaac’s thorough and knowledgeable work."

"Called the company the week before regarding a Home Inspection issue with my heat pump which needed serviced and cleaned, the gentlement I spoke with was for very quick to schedule my appointment. They came out inspected my heat pump and said it was too old and if it needed parts they would not be able to order them, so they didn't do any work. I called the company and they explained that they didn't want to be responsible for the job. The End. But all the representatives of the company were very informative, courteous and polite <br />"
