I assume, Richie, who first assessed the problem, on Tuesday, convinced the boss, Lenny, that the situation required immediate attention. We are grateful for their decisions. As it turned out, we had guys working on the roof, on the side of the house, in the basement and in the kitchen. The crew were all extremely efficient, effective, and very personable.
