"I was very happy with them at the beginning but was more irritated than happy with them at the end. The two workers that did the demo, carpentry and painting were excellent. The guy that did the tile did okay with the tile but I found a place in the shower floor that was filled with caulk. It came out when I was cleaning and left a hole in the grout. There were several things they did at the end that I thought were sloppy. The supervisor told me to and quot;trust him and quot; and go ahead and pay him and he would come back the next work day and install the insulation that I paid for and I still haven't heard back after more than a month. I had someone else fix the things that were not right or undone.

I have been working for my grandfather who builds custom homes and I have just started my own LLC and trying to get things going. I have my Alabama Home Builders License. I can do anything from small jobs like decks or replacing doors/ windows to big jobs like remodeling houses or building them from the ground up.

"I got estimates from 5 roofing companies. I was not comfortable with the lowest bid because the guy was not very professional, he did not write up his bid and just wrote the price on his business card. This company was the next lowest price and Matt B. was very knowledgeable and professional. He did push for a commitment and a deposit which none of the others did. The actual start date was 6 weeks after the estimate but that was because I was having an addition built and we were not ready for the roof until then. This was understood by all parties. The roofing crew arrived exactly on time and got immediately to work. They removed the old composite roof down to the plywood, installed 5 new passive attic vents and then completed the entire job, both buildings, in one long day. They cleaned up the yard around the house and garage and hauled all the considerable debris away in their large truck. There were no surprises and the job was done as smoothly as I could hope. I would recommend Prime Management."

"Probably could have said my house was about to collapse and sold me an expensive fix. Instead, told me to wait until the drought causing the ground to shrink over, and the foundation would probably start to close again. Which it did. Strait shooters. I'd trust their advice."

"Mr. Webb came out to do my estimate quickly after my initial request. I had some odd jobs around my house that I have been meaning to take care of. He charged me a flat, per day amount that I thought was very reasonable. I ordered the columns that needed to be replaced in front of my house and he told me that his crew would pick everything up from the store on the way over to do the work.
It was the easiest process I have ever experienced with a service provider. He told me when they would be out, which was about 2 weeks from my initial contact ? very quick, in my opinion.  I also didn't even need to be home since everything was outside that needed to be repaired.  When I got home from work everything was complete and looked so good.  I was also provided all of the receipts for anything they had to go out and buy to finish the job, which I really appreciated.  The only not positive thing for me is that I wish I would have had an idea of how long each job would take.  When I got home early that day to check the progress, they were already finished.  There were a couple other minimal things I could have had them do (replace two lighting fixtures outside) if I would have known the time for completion on the other jobs would not take a full day, since I was paying a per-day rate.  However, as I?ve said, the rate was very reasonable, so I wasn?t too worried about it. 
Overall, it was a very positive experience.  I already know that I will use them again for a later project and have recommended them to others.

"he done a great job. The floor had rotted out under tile. I have a background in civil engineering and a "jackleg" carpenter, but at my age this project was to much for me to take on. When a sister came to visit she was afraid of failing through! I called Brian, got a quote and he started the next day. This sort of project is the hardest any contractor can take on .
