"When I needed a kitchen faucet replaced I went to HomeAdvisor. I received four responses. I sent them photos of the faucet, the replacement faucet and two photos of under the sink. Brian was the first to respond. Because of his schedule he couldn't help me since I wanted this done immediately. A few minutes later he called me to give me some information about the plumbing for the replacement. Whomever I hired Brian wanted me to know about the possible problem, even though he wasn't hired, he wanted me to know. I thanked him and hung up. But then I started to think about what he had done for me. He knew I was hiring someone else, but still he called. I called him back and hired him. he was on time.
