"The technicians (Jonathan, Justin, Eddie and Hugo) were so pleasant, knowledgeable and prompt. They came out within hours of our call. They made it so we could use the toilets until they could come out the next day to make the drain repairs and pump our septic tank. We had more problems (not from the first repairs) with our bathroom and they came back out that day to determine what else was wrong and completed the repairs the next day. They had to reschedule even after setting the date on the 12th. Continually tried to upsell me to replacement rather than repairs. After interacting with him, I'm not sure labor is included on replacement or even repairs. I bought the 3 year package but had to request a refund."
