He was fantastic in providing great insight on the right materials to use on our desert home due to the extremity of the changes in temperature during the summer and winter seasons. "Considering that they didn't have much to work with the job turned out okay. The previous home owners had apparently used an inexperienced tile person to update the shower and the work was not done well. Eran and his crew had to reattach a shelf and do some regrouting. Their work was difficult because of the state of the shower. I wish they could have done miracles, but at least the shelf is reattached. The grout is still in the curing stage so we are not sure how it will look when that is all done. They were right on time for the appointment and worked quickly. The main issue I have with this company is that the listing on Angie's List says that they accept charge cards. When the work was done and I tried to pay with Visa, Eran said he only accepts cash or check. This was new information. So be aware that if you do business with this company you will have to pay by cash or check. I think their information on Angies List should be updated to remove the credit option if that is no longer available."

"The job was done very professionally and in a timely manner. Anytime that I called the owner with questions he was very helpful. He showed up on time and kept me informed of his daily progress. I was very pleased that when he finished cleaning the grout, it looked like its original color. He also did a fantastic job installing the new tile. I will definitely use this company again."

"Scott is the best when it comes to tiling! I had three separate remodeling projects in my home (2 full bathrooms and kitchen) and Scott did a wonderful tiling job in all of them. There’s one example that I remembered when he was tiling the kitchen floor. I purchased the tiles but he was showing me that some of these tiles were uneven (i.e. not completely flat), but he made sure to try to use the best of the tiles that I had so I wouldn’t have problems. That really showed me that he takes pride in his work as well as making sure that I had floors that don’t give me problems later on. Thanks again, Scott!"

"Steve's work was excellent. After a very thorough cleaning he resealed and buffed our kitchen counter tops which now look great. Completely happy. We've already used him a second time, to clean and repair a very tricky tile floor. Steve and his associate Perri were the first (after several others had tried without success) to correctly diagnose and treat the problem - no more filthy, flaking grout and visible cracked tiles; the floor looks like new and is holding up well. We will definitely be calling Steve again in the future."

"Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.  
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."

"After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!

"Enner and his team were wonderful. Under difficult circumstances due to my condo buildings strict rules Enner managed to get my job done under that had a tight deadline as I wanted the work done before I moved in to my condo. He picked up the tile I had purchased from the store and set to work removing the carpet and installing the tile in my bedrooms and closets. Because my condo is in an older building we discovered that the floor was far from flat. The guys made sure to level my floor whilst laying the tile. Enner and his guys were conscientious, hard workers and kept everything neat and clean. If Enner was unsure of anything he always phoned me to make sure he was on the right path as I was out of state when he started the job. His tile work is stunning and I couldn't be happier.
