"Called American Best at 7am on a Sunday morning - they are on call 24/7 - and by 9am, Saeed was here, diagnosed the problem as being broken springs, but said there was no need for a totally new door. We appreciated his honesty and his efficiency. It was fixed within an hour. Saeed also believed that the opener was about 19 years old - we've only been in this house for 7 years - and that it would be advisable to install a new one. His colleague, Eric, came 2 days later with the new opener, and installed that along with key pad and new bullet drive.
