"This contractor did a really nice job however the area where he added new concrete to existing concrete looks ugly because he smeared new concrete onto the old concrete sloppily and it just looks bad. It looks like we are started painting the old concrete but changed our minds after a few errant brush strokes. I feel like with the amount of money we paid we should have had a more finished look."
