"Our roof took 4 days to complete. The workmanship was excellent. Since we live in Florida, we get storms almost daily this time of year. JAT roofers know how to install a roof in these conditions, ensuring everything is coverable on a moment's notice and when they leave for the day, everything is water tight ... each day. We had rain on 2 of the 4 installation days, yet no leaks. The roofers themselves were professional, very careful, and extremely hard working (three 12+ hour days) JAT admin office personnel are also top notch. We live in a "fastidious" (picky) HOA community. JAT was wonderful to work with through the initial roof project documentation process. JAT was VERY patient. We had excellent updates on schedules and what we needed to do. All permit and inspections were handled by JAT and done within 24-48 hours of work completion. We definitely recommend JAT Roofers. "

"Fast Track Roofing (Zack & Jace) did a FANTASTIC job repairing some ridge shingles that blew off during hurricane Milton and then later repairing a leak in another location. My wife and I moved from Orlando, FL to Riverview, FL last summer. After purchasing our current home with a 2-year old roof and solar, we learned from a very helpful neighbor about a local unethical roofing company that did the original installation and did a horrible job!!! He was very knowledgeable about our situation and warned us that our buyer may not be able to get insurance with just a repair. "Do NOT use these rip off artists! They charged us almost 20 THOUSAND for a new roof about a month after Ian only because our Insurance Company said ours was too old. Their hurricane chasing subcontractors replaced most of the plywood sheets, I saw the old ones in their dumpster, some of them still looked ok to me. When you put large sheets of plywood on a roof, you have to use "H-CLIPS" between the sheets of plywood or they will warp. Well, these idiots didn't use H-clips so our roof now looks like a waffle. Started dealing with Jason a few months ago, he came out, looked at the absolute horrible job, stood right in front of my wife & I & said "they really screwed up on this job"! Then he said "I will get new shingles ordered & we will redo the roof". Well, about a month ago, they tried to crawl under the roof & put 2x4's underneath to try to fix the warped plywood, didn't work, of course. About a week ago, they spent 2 days trying to redo a couple of areas & it looks worse than before. They could "redo:" our roof THREE times for what they charged us & still not lose money. So, DO worry if you hire Curry :("
