"Shane is very prompt and reliable. He showed up on time. He was quick to find the problem with our pool and had a solution. He was even kind enough to meet us in Granbury at a pool store to help us find a part we needed. His services are affordable. We highly recommend him."

"Great they are responsive and get the job done at a great price! I have been using there pool repair service for years."

"This review is twofold. Vinyl liner replacement and fiberglass step repair. Last year I needed the vinyl liner for my in ground pool replaced. I submitted a Home Advisor request and 15 minutes later Juan called. He came by that evening took some measurements gave me an estimate that was a little more than what it cost me ten years ago. Two days later he started and three days later it was complete. He explained to me why I had wrinkles on the shallow end and said i won't have that problem this time and I have not. This all leads up to this year, my top step cracked and I searched for someone who did repairs on fiberglass steps and couldn't find anyone. They could replace them for $7500 or more but no one worked on fiberglass steps for in ground vinyl lined pools. Then, I remembered Juan. I called him and he came by gave me a reasonable estimate for the repair, (less than half of the replacement cost). The next day he came by, drained the pool and the next day his guy came by and started work. The job was completed in two days. Juan is great to work with, explained the what and why of both jobs, very professional and knowledgeable. If you've got vinyl lined pool problems Juan, should be your pool guy."

"The Ultimate Pools team was extremely responsive to my concerns. They ensured thorough communication and resolved the repairs timely."

"Overall good! The personal attention and customer service is WHY we wanted to go with Brock. Although this is a smaller pool, the design and details are often just as complex if not more so than an average pool build. The overall beauty of the pool is astounding and gets many compliments from friends, neighbors and visitors. The fireplace on cool nights is so beautiful and the gas heated pool can be enjoyed year-round. As with any project there are always challenges. For us, the deck was the most difficult piece. It created delays in overall construction plan as you will see in the next sentences. The first challenge were the planter holes. They needed very special barriers because of the bamboo. Since this was not fully understood, pool pipes ran through the planters and the bamboo barriers had to very heavily modified compromising their integrity. Next the pool deck did not drain fully and today has areas which hold thin pools of water and dirt. Brock worked with us extensively to mitigate and change the drainage and we were appreciative. However, today, they are still there and collect water and dirt but can be cleaned with broom or water hose."

"They've been working on my pool for about 4 to 5 weeks. The plan I have is $30.00 a week and I supply the chemicals. I have the option to pay for the chemicals with them via credit card and they would bring them out. They are taking good care of the pool as far as I can see."
