"Baker Brothers staff was outstanding. Lauren did a great job answering all my questions and worked with me to set up the best solution for water heater replacement. Dawlton arrived on time and was professional, quick and provided pics of installation in addition to electric invoice. Love they are able to provide link for mobile payments. Highly recommended."

"The repair went very well. Devan was great. Arrived on time, very personable and professional. He listened, surveyed the problem and then presented options and costs for us to consider. We needed a new toilet. He performed the repair and cleaned up after himself. The repair was good, no further issues. We are very pleased and would hire C&W again. Devan's a keeper!"

"Jon help me replaced 2 old 50 Gallon water heaters with tankless water heaters. He was professional and punctual from providing detailed no nonsense estimates (without any membership and subscription fees attached to it) to getting things installed exactly the way he explained you before. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs. Thanks Jon."

"Did a great job replacing the tank equipment."

"Tyler came in and immediately said the fly issue wasn't from a broken or separated pipe under the slab. He checked the bottom of the toilet and found a small leak. Removing the toilet showed the flange was installed incorrectly 23 years ago by another plumber which caused the flange to break and cause the leak. Adam came in to replace the flange and install a new updated toilet. His photos confirmed that the flange was installed correctly and the toilet works great. I highly recommend Mother Modern Plumbing. They are at the top of our list for any future needs."

"My experience with Doss Plumbing was great. Ricki was super professional and friendly. Replaced my water heater very quickly. I thought it was going to be a long process but Ricki was done in about 2 hours."

"They came out to see what the problem was. An experienced pro came out with an apprentice. They were very courteous and explained everything. No charge for the evaluation of the low pressure water problem we were experiencing. Determined what was the issue was and not what most were saying that had to be replaced whether we needed or not. They replaced the defective inlet water pressure control value. They removed the plastic cover box and replaced the dirt with gravel so the the value would not rust or deteriorate and last longer and reinstalled the cover/box. Very nice overall job. Completed the job at a fair cost quoted after determining the cause and on the same day of investigation. I highly recommend Ernie's Plumbing Service."

"This review will sound like I was paid to write it, and I was not. Promise! I am just that impressed. I am completely blown away! In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks. As a family who is very worried about germs, they sure did make sure to make us feel comfortable and safe. They even went above and beyond to state they were not sick or experiencing any sickness symptoms. Like REALLY, that was amazing. Nick and Nathan made sure to answer all of my questions, and make sure everything was up and working. They even offered to ziptie my washer drain thing, and take out the towels to the trash that were wet. I did not let them but they offered. Where do you get this customer service? I surely have never had someone let alone a company have this amazing customer service. CR Plumbing, you guys have won my business and will be the only ones we will ever use! You guys are amazing, and I am so grateful I bumped into your company on google. You will forever be our favorite and go to. Autumn, Nick, and Nathan (You are the only ones I spoke with) You guys seriously have made such a huge difference in our lives, with your kindness, professionalism, quick service, and patience. I am sure the rest of the team is just as great. The world needs more people like you guys, and more companies that truly understand customer service like you guys do. Thank you again!"

"Michael and neil did great job installing tankless water heater.."

"ARS Rescue Rooters has very courteous,, knowledgeable and friendly plumbers! Their system of handling customers from the first call to the exit interview kept me completely informed on everything. I called at 11am and they arrived at 1pm. Customer Service Reps were wonderful! They called to verify the time of arrival was still acceptable as well as asked if we were eligible for Senior or Veteran discounts, they atomically applied the current coupon being offered which, at the time, was an even larger discount than the ones we were eligible to receive. A refreshing approach to saving customers on discounts without having to ask, know about or shop around. Instead they asked me and applied the best discount they had to offer on the work that needed to be done. We had utilized this companyâ s services when we bought our new water heater from Lowes. Their pricing was for everything needed to do an excellent complete installation without any â extra surprises.â They did not disappoint. So, we decided to try their services when we had a plumbing issue. Once again we were EXTREMELY PLEASED with every facet of the companyâ s customer friendly yet efficient process. It was clear that the employees were content in their positions and enjoyed what they were doing, especially the plumbers. I highly recommend this company!."
