"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"My experience with B A R Appliances AC LLC was a good one. Henry, the service provider, is a rare professional. It's not easy finding a service provider that is prompt, professional, and honest. One of the things that I appreciated most about Henry was the follow-up to confirm the appointment time. We're all very busy so I value service providers that respect my time as much as I respect theirs. I also found Henry's honesty refreshing and plan to use this service provider again. Thanks, Henry!"

"Mr Tellez was very prompt and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with his company. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely recommend him to others. 347-513-4143 Excellent service."

"The refrigerators are working very well. They had to order parts for the dishwasher and have not returned to repair it. Payment has already been made. Total cost: $677.25"

"I was searching Home Warranty providers after a bad experience with my 7 year, soon to be terminated "former" Fidelity Home Warranty service provider. Warranty service providers are essential, for they step in and "act" when life deals you an "Oh Crap" situation like your refrigerator suddenly quits. Every high dollar appliance in a home has a life span that will end whether your prepared for it or not. It's a common occurance that leads to unexpected higher debt concerns while you frantically attempt to save your food from going bad. Got a minimum of $1,700 to get a new one? A truck or a really good friend to borrow theirs to pick it up? Plus time to allow it to achieve proper temperature to transfer your temp sensitive food! Well if you haven't experienced this type of event, in your life, you will! I began by doing some easy research online like searching for best Home Warranty providers. I put some inquiries out to prospective providers and as expected, the sales calls began to ring on my phone. They all have why "they" are the best provider - so take notes and compare policies. Ask whether they cover swimming pools, septic systems, roof repairs etc. So my phone rings with an out-of-state area code and it's Zach from Choice Home Warranty. While on the call, this enthusiastic salesman hit all the "trigger" items I was looking for; *Annual Service Price *Price per claim deductable *Response time You know, all the "need to know" info that helps you make an informative decision. I started paying $550/year 7 years ago in 2014 with my old service provider. The per claim fee was $65. Today in 2022, it's $710/year and $85/claim. Was it worth it you ask? If I figure the math, my total cost over 7 years and only 4 claims was $4,450 or $636/year. This cost paid to replace my pools salt cell and chlorine generator ($1,800 in parts alone), 2 separate Air Conditioner repairs which replaced the coil fan motor, a circuit board replacement, system coil cleansing, relays and a capacitor. (No idea of how much my total cost would have been. I paid $65 twice. Nice huh?) 1 roof repair that replaced the "Cricket", which is a 15' roof section elevational change just below the ridge line. It's important to remember that these repairs don't include "hidden costs" which are personnel and service labor rates. Something you will pay for without a Warranty Service. Here's the best part of the call from this AWESOME salesman. He offered me 6 year "fully transferable", rate locked for life" service policy that when divided out by 6 is LESS THAN WHAT I WAS PAYING ANNUALLY, 7 YEARS AGO!!! So, is a Home Warranty plan a safe bet??? I have a 9 word answer for those without a Choice Home Warranty service plan. YOU BET YOUR DRIPPING SWEATY BUTT CRACK IT IS!!! Props to Zach, YOU DA MAN!!! "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Roland was very professional in his work, and the unit is running perfectly. We will call them out next year for this annual service."

"Quick to reply. Offer for the services was good and he stuck to it. Confirmed all information before showing up. Did excellent work, listened to my concerns and stuck to business. Wore booties in the house ands cleaned up after himself. Would recommend and hire again."

"Michael the owner of MC Electrical LLC answered our call on the first try and scheduled us in within 1-2 days!!! Michael and crew are very knowledgeable and know there stuff!! We also got estimates for the same work from 4-5 other electricians and they were just outrageously priced! Michael and Keith had all this done within 4-5 hours and even threw in all grounding & bonding as well as a whole house surge protector!! Which normally is an extra fee. We were very happy with MC Electrical LLC's services and we will be using them for our generator install and we recommend this company to anyone and everyone!! You will not be disappointed!! Thanks again Michael and crew!!"
