"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."

"I was really needing someone to fix my A/C and clean up the mess that it left behind when it leaked through my ceiling. I went into the office as I normally do on Sunday and found the most mess I have ever. My ceiling had caved in on top on my desk apparently after talking to Landon From Southern Kentucky Home Pros He explained everything in detail of what it would take to fix it , How much it cost and the time to do so. The problem I had mostly is that No one usually is available through the week much less on Sunday. They made themselves available. They came in this morning at 7:30a and worked continuously until 8:00p. I could not ask for nicer and courteous workers. They Were Great. I will definitely hire them again and refer them. "One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."
