"Everything went well until the final step which I feel I need to take on my share of the responsibility. We had a misunderstanding on the color of the grout. We should have done a test area before applying the grout to the entire room. Emerson did his best with what he had but it was not what I expected. If not for that lesson learned this would have been 5 stars."

"Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

"Unfortunately I was outside of their service area so they could not perform the work for me.  They were very nice and accommodating in getting the issue resolved."

"These guys were super polite, did a great job covering everything in my brand new bathroom as to not damage anything during the process. Were willing to answer any question one had no matter how small with great patience and understanding. 10/10 great service! Best experience!"

"First they perform an extensive vacuuming of the entire carpet area to be cleaned. They then spot treat any surface with visible stains. Next they perform the extraction/cleaning process, using a large hose I believe attatched to a compressor in their service van. All moisture is then removed from the carpets and a large rake is used to comb the carpet surface. And last, a scotchguard treatment is applied and the carpet and allowed to dry The furniture that is movable(within reason) is propped on small styrofoam blocks to allow complete drying underneath. I have ceiling fans that I use to help dry the rug, and it usually dries i less than 24hrs depending on the weather conditions . I have used other services like stanley steamer and have found hi-tech to be superior to all others. Yhey also offer upholstery and tile and grout cleaning as well."

"We were so happy with the kitchen and master bathroom remodel that Todd did for us that we hired him again to remodel our downstairs bathroom. Todd gutted the old bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt the floor in order to remove water damaged boards from a prior leak as well as accommodate the new curb less shower pan. Todd was very thoughtful and had some good design & layout suggestions and helped us work thru other challenges like how to route/hide things we didn’t think of such as vent pipes. Todd found and installed new window trim and doors that also closely matched the rest of the house to help maintain consistency throughout. He installed new tile on the floor, shower walls, and subway tile halfway up all the remaining walls. All of the lines were perfect again and he did a fantastic job. We have received many compliments on the bathroom and are thrilled with how it turned out. Todd is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him and his work."

"It was fine. I had no problems at all. They are professional and clean up after themselves."

"His work is perfection, really outstanding work. He was exceptionally courteous. He showed up on time. He cleaned up after, did not left any items behind."

"Jeremy is nothing short of wonderful at his craft and as a person. We had Jeremy install tile and engineered hardwood in several locations in our home and it looks incredible. He takes time to truly analyze the best way to install the product. He delivered on time and on budget each time. Some of the jobs proved to be more complicated but he is a thoughtful problem solver and doesn’t rush into finding the easy way but the right way. I cannot recommend him enough and would use him again and again."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
