"The house was built in 1961. It wasn't apparent that any major refinishing had been done to the floors, but it looked like something was done at some point in the past. The floor was faded where area rugs had been down for who knows how many years! Dwayne and one of his co-worker came in and sanded down the floors and repaired the floor where an old brink planter had been put in as a room divider. The floors were covered in some kind of wax, so it ended up taking longer to do the work and special sanding paper was needed. Tom kept me well informed of the progress of the work. When everything was done, the floors looked great!!! I couldn't be happier! I know no one who walks in the room will be able to tell where the old area rugs were or that the brink planter was ever there! The extra work and supplies ended up costing more, but Tom is very accommodating about the price difference. I plan to have more work done on my floors in the future, both refinishing and tile installation, and I will use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone needing floor work!!"

"Ray and the team did a great job on our project. Ray always replied promptly, was upfront on scheduling and completed the job as promised. Ray went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the stain stripping process and patiently worked with us to trial 4 stain colors before finding the perfect product for the re-staining work. The crew was careful not to cause unnecessary damage and always cleaned up at the end of each day. The stripping work was very labor intensive, but the crew stuck with it, and we are very happy with the finished product. Our log home is 'beautiful' again. "Order arrived quickly - all in good condition. Have been using them for quite a while now. I love that the pieces lock together magnetically - so no sliding around. You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. "This job was a master bathroom renovation involving a complete tear-out of the existing bathroom, including moving of walls and significant plumbing changes. This represented a three week job. Following the demolition portion of the project and construction of the new walls, a new double vanity and new air tub were installed, and the entire bathroom (floor and shower) were freshly tiled. DeRisio Construction assigned a single individual, Andrew, to do most of the work, final painting being the primary exception. Andrew brought extensive skills to the job including drywall, electrical, plumbing, and tiling, and was meticulous in all his work. Furthermore, he was a very pleasant individual to have working in the house for an extended period of time. He also brought an outstanding work ethic to the job. Importantly, he was an excellent problem solver and very responsive to requests for minor adjustments to the original plan.
Throughout the project, Nick DeRisio (owner of DeRisio Construction) worked closely with us to ensure that the end result fully met our expectations. His quote for the job was extremely competitive, and where he was able to get discounts on materials and fixtures with local vendors he shared those discounts with us in full. 
DeRisio Construction came to the project with high recommendations from others and we had experience with their work earlier in 2014 when they completed a small powder room renovation for us. Both completed jobs, powder room and master bath, fully met our highest expectations. Without question, I will be using DeRisio Construction for additional projects in the future.

"I used Exquisite Construction.  There were no additional costs.  They were here probably the third week of April, 2016.  I thought for what they did it was a little, I mean he was only there for 20 minutes.  I would probably not use them in the future.  The problem with it was it was for $99 of inspection and I don't think that they did a whole lot.  I didn't think for $99 they didn't check it out as thoroughly. "
