"The deck portion of the work was done as expected. Completed on March 23rd. Receipt state that they will come back in 6 weeks to stain the deck. Received notification from the owner that once we send him the color selection, he would add us to the schedule to get the job completed. From that point forward, i have left multiple voicemail's and multiple text messages with no response. Sent email to the email listed on receipt and card on May 29th. Since then, i have called and sent texts to John McGowan everyday with no response (today is June 2nd)"
