"I first called Amen Plumbing on Dec. 26th when I discovered a leak under my house. Brittany was so good to work with. She was very friendly and helpful. She was able to get Nick to come out even though it was Christmas weekend. I can not say enough good things about Nick Cain. He came out late that night to repair the leak. This young man is such a hard worker. He is very friendly, respectful, and customer service oriented. I decided to go ahead and replace all the old pipes. Nick and Garrison worked hard for 2 days to make this happen. They were here from 8:00 am until 10:45 pm the second day. These guys worked so hard! I will never hesitate to use Amen Plumbing again. Nick is truly an asset to this company. He is courteous, very knowledgeable, and always on time. Thanks so much for everything!! "

"Superior Plumbing was excellent to work with. From the start they stayed in communication, showed up when stated, applied shoe covers when entering our home, were neat while performing the service and fixed the problem very quickly. They were so clean I couldn't tell they were here. Thank you Superior Plumbing!"

"Came by and fixed quickly. Outside job and not-so-great weather. Repair was efficient and cost was what expected. Actually fixed some more minor problems I was having as well. Would recommend to anyone in Rock Hill Area. "

"Unprofessional! Use World Stone instead. Time from template to installation is longer than average. Vein matching quality was poor which generated multiple requests for template revision. The templates they provided for approval frequently had backward/upside-down pieces that required correction. Did not return phone calls/emails in a reasonable timeframe. Dented new vanity with installation. Did not use the sinks available as instructed during installation and did not include drill holes in templates, so they accidentally drilled 3 holes for each faucet instead on 1. When they had to correct this error by re-fabricating another slab, they created excessive construction delay by forcing me to re-template another virtually identical quartz slab. At the end of my project, I needed a 3” x 7” countertop side splash revised to a 3” x 11” piece due to a construction change. I tried to pay them to do this. They flat out refused and forced me to go to another fabricator, who was kind enough to generate this piece for me from a remnant for $37. I would not recommend this business!"

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Rock Hill, SC

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
