"Every time I have had to have plumbing work done, I call Scenic City Plumbing. They are always very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and do excellent work. The water flow in my house was very poor because of buildup in the pipes, so they replaced the pipes underneath my house and yard. They did the work in a timely manner so I would not be inconvenienced for very long. I have always been very happy with the plumbing work they have done for me."

"Roger responded the same day I called and was right on time. He was very polite and did a great job. He had to cut into the dry wall to reach the faucet and then strapped it down to the stud as it should have been done during construction. The only drawback was the charge included time for him to get back to the shop. That should be part of the overhead for the company and not the customer. Overall it was a great job and I will call them again for plumbing problems."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
