He not only replaced the tank .. he repiped the inlets/outlets where the previous local company who serviced the tank had done it wrong. "literally the worst. we decided to go with this company, pay a little more, to ensure we would be provided a seamless installation of our new HVAC system and it has been nothing but issues for the past 2 weeks. we’ve had a total of 5 technicians come out on 3 separate occasions, only to leave our house with 3 separate issues that are still not all resolved. the communication has essentially bee nonexistent. i still havent received a call for follow up on the issues we experienced last Wednesday. Do yourself a favor and go with another more reliable, trustworthy company that will listen to their customers and put their customers first."
