The salesman they sent to our home was somewhat new but extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. ?Bo?answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable with moving forward with the installation. ?We were not able to purchase the system right away and asked Bo to please call us back in 6 months, as we did not want to finance this purchase. ?He took our information, and called us back exactly 6 months later, returned to our home and completed the sale. ?He was also able to schedule the installation for the next business day. The installer showed up to our home exactly as scheduled and performed the installation in a timely and?professional manner. ?Bo also, returned to help with the installation. ?There were no problems with the installation and we were comfortable with operation of the water softener and the reverse osmosis. We purchased the Hydronex water softener?system, and the Micromax 6000 reverse osmosis. ?We have only had the system for a couple of days, but I am extremely happy with this purchase, and the entire ProStar team. ?We are happy to part of the ProStar family and look forward to continuing our business with them."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
