"I ve been a Reliable Garage Door customer since 2008 when they installed a new garage door at my residence, and I have always been pleased. One of my springs broke and the next day they were out to fix it. I have a lifetime warranty on the hardware and so not only did they replace the spring but they replaced and upgraded all other hardware components free of charge without hesitation and without any request by me to do so. The technician, Joel, was outstanding. This is my first time writing an online review of any product or service. I felt compelled to do so because of the outstanding service I received."

"Our garage door spring broke with my car in the garage; I needed someone to come out and fix ASAP! I called Garage Doors Plus and they had someone out within a couple of hours. Thomas gave me my options and the benefits of replacing vs repairing our old garage door without any pressure either way. When we opted to replace the garage door he went over the different doors, styles, insulated vs non-insulated, etc. He provided guidance on what would make the most sense for us; it was much appreciated! He went out of his way to ensure our door was replaced quickly. Would highly recommend based on our experience with Thomas and this company!"
