"They quoted me $95 for the job.  I decided to get a quote from them because I have seen their work that they have done around here.  They didn't come out for the quote; it was just done over the internet.  I emailed them and they emailed me back; so I never had any direct contact with them or anything.  They did get back to me right away; I think it was the next day.  I decided to go with somebody else.  My overall experience was excellent because I have asked people for quotes for other stuff before and sometimes I didn't even hear back from them.  At least Goetz Landscape did get back to me right away."

"The project went very well.  Storm damage caused by two trees coming down on two sides of the fence was repaired in 2-3 hours.  The workers reviewed all needed work from the estimate prior to beginning the work.  They even volunteered to replace a top rail from another section of the fence, not included in the estimate, that had been bent in a storm many years before.   The workers were very thorough, did not damage any plants or grass around the damaged areas and cleaned up after themselves.  The workers were knowledgeable and polite.   They made sure everything was nice and straight!  Everything looked very nice when they were finished.  The workers were approximately an hour late from the start time I had been given.  I called and was told they had gotten a late start.  Their good work made up for the lateness.

"Inconsistent service.  At least twice had to contact them as no one had showed up in 24 hrs.  They did respond fairly quickly by email, but one time (Christmas) it took two or three emails before someone came, they kept promising someone would show up shortly. I can understand holidays are hard to staff and people get sick, but I would prefer a system where they are verifying work is being done, they have back up workers and people are working, rather than excuses.  I have had worse luck with some of their competitors so they seem to be the best that I have found so far, but there is certainly room for improvement.  Unsure how the 1" is calculated since several storms were more than 1" in my neighborhood but shoveling was not done.

"We are so pleased with the work Mill City Concrete did at our home. Tim came up with great ideas and design. He and Kris were a pleasure to work with as we got ready for the project. Good communication always happened so we knew what was going on both before and throughout the project. The team that did the installation was lead by Jon and he and all of the workers were easy to speak with if we had questions. They were also easy to deal with if they had questions for us. They explained the process and options clearly so we knew what was happening. Work progressed daily and the job got done in the time Tim had projected. It looks wonderful and we have gotten numerous complements from neighbors and strangers alike. We would definitely have Mill City back if we need additional concrete work done on our property.
