"☆☆☆☆☆ dream team COMPANY! I had most contact with Julian throughout the job, but his partner and Electrician were JUST AS NICE. They had cloths on my floors, as they were in and out of my crawl space. They even left to get a particular component, specific for my install. No damage to home. There was no laughing or joking around. They were concentrated on install, measuring, calculating out loud between the three of them. No cussing or profanity, either. Julian was professional and explained everything to me, including why manual was left on unit, so when inspector came, it was there, as it couldn't be signed off without it. Thermostat looks great! He also knew a lot about furnaces, which is my next thing. *Beware of companies won't give you prices on ANYTHING and/or charge you estimate to come to your house... Another reason I picked PEAK HOME was their receptionists! Sweetest, most understanding ladies! If you need to install A/C, go with this company - definitely recommend!"

"Things went very well! He came to my home on a Sunday which was the very same day I called! Apparently, the unit just needed to be reset as the air filter, while not super dirty, was dirty enough to restrict air flow. So the furnace was not actually broken. The amazing thing is he did not charge me at all. While he did not really do a special work, he did come to my home on a Sunday. I did expect a trip charge but I feel his character was so excellent he could not justify charging me for turning my furnace off and back on again. I am incredibly thankful!"

"Comfort By Design replaced the flex ductwork throughout my home and relocated one register and the return air vent. It was definitely not an easy job as they has to work within a tight crawl space. Mike and Dustin started right at 9 AM and had the work done by 4:30 PM. They were friendly, explained the work as they went along, checked to make sure I was happy with everything, and cleaned up after they were done. Their prices are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The HVAC specialist performed a diagnostic test of the upstairs unit, and determined that the pressure switch was bad. They then charged us $265 to change the part which did not fix the problem. We were then told that the mother board was bad and this need to be changed as well. They then quoted us approx $1200 to complete the entire job. I decided at this point that I would just fix the system myself. I then ordered a new motherboard a fixed the system for just under $400 total cost including the cost of changing the pressure switch. I honest felt like the pressure switch was never the issue and that I paid the company to change a part that was never bad in the first place. This is solely my opinion and I have no way of truly telling if this part was bad or not. I'm sure the company does great work, but I felt that I was going to continue to pay them to swap parts that may or may not be bad and once everything was said and done get hit with a large bill that I could not afford.

"I put my info in on Home Advisor Sunday evening after sitting in a very hot house all day. Jeff called me first thing Monday morning and was able to come fix my air conditioner that afternoon. The price I was charged was more then fair and actually lower then I expected, he doesn't over charge for parts. Gave me tips on how to keep my unit running great. "The service was excellent, however I was disappointed to find out that they did not use a camera roto rooter. We found that the sewer clean out had been broken and it was believed that the sewer pipe had filled with debris. After being quoted $800 - $2000 to come back and fix our problem, we decided to excavate the area ourselves and discovered the problem was ice. A camera would have seen this. We wound up using a local provider who was much cheaper.
The staff were excellent! From the office staff to the technicians who visited. They are prompt and if you need quick service, they meet expectations.

"Aspen telephoned almost immediately Monday and we scheduled for the next morning!! Their tech contacted me 15 minutes before he arrived. Johnathan assessed the problem and replaced the thermostat within 30 minutes. He double checked it was working properly!!! He was very professional and competent. Aspens number is on my refrigerator door!!! I now have an HVAC service!!"
