"Hired and paid them for installing new fan that I purchased. After hanging they noticed lightning bracket was not welded. Said they would come back and repaired. Have called numerous times and only received call back twice. Always promising to come back and repair. I paid twice what he was going to charge me, so he would return. Never has returned and I had another fan I was going to pay him to repair. Dont like to give bad reviews, but have no choice. Unless this issue is resolved, I would not use or recommend using home advisor again."

My dad installed a new motor, but we still couldn't get the jets going. I gave Joe a call on Monday he said he would be out Wednesday or Thursday. I received a call Tuesday morning saying he could come out today. He was very thorough with checking all the components of the tub and explaining evertything as he was doing his thing. Unfortunately my dad crossed the wires and forgot to hook up a few others. About an hour and a half later, I had a fully functioning hot tub. He even took the time to explain to me how to clean and properly care for my spa since it is my first one. I will definitely give Joe a call for any future hot tub needs.
