"We hired General Remodeling Group to remodel our outdated kitchen. This was our first major home remodeling and we were completely overwhelmed with the project. Vidas, the project manager, and his staff were truly valuable in walking us through this process. He listened patiently while we described our ideas and offered suggestions and sage advice. He was always available either through texts or emails. His prompt responses were appreciated. Max was also so helpful through every step of the remodel. He accompanied us to the various vendors to help and advised us in choosing our countertop, backsplash, flooring, wall paints etc. He was always patient with us as we spent a lot of time trying to make good decisions. Part way through the project, Max discovered water damage from the bathroom above the kitchen.Vidas and Max informed us right away and we worked on an agreeable solution for repairs. "Five Stars. Background: we hired ARMS Home Improvement to completely remodel two bathrooms: Master and Hall (remove tub and create walk-in shower). Required plumbing, electrical, paint, framework, waterproofing, flooring, and problem-solving for issues that arose in both. Allen worked diligently and patiently with us to provide the bathrooms we designed and envisioned. Provided us with vendors. Worked with us on scheduling. Left the workspaces clean and tidy EVERY day. Gave us options on many decisions for component placement and honored our choices and explained why it would or wouldn't work. Allen respected our community surroundings (parking, trash, etc.) and integrated the work seamlessly into our daily lives. We felt the price paid for the scope of work delivered was of great value. "Jose and his team were great. They came in with the lowest cost for the conversion of our garage to an ADU and did a great job. It took them a while to get started but once they did the pace was quick and we are very happy with the final product. Due to unforeseen complications having to do with our plumbing the final cost was a bit over budget but the communication about it was good. I priced three other contractors and I am glad I went with J.A.K.E. Renovations."
