My sub pump went after and more rain was coming they came out with 2 hours to fix the problem. Extremely professional man. I will be er use any other plumbing business other than Pohlman. "This company was terrible and took my money. They were supposed to come on December 23 after waiting all day they called and said they were coming until tomorrow. They came on December 24 when the plumber came in I informed him that I had already snaked it and that probably was not going to work they insisted on sneaking it anyway, after the plumber left and we paid $287.00, we proceeded to flush the toilet and once again, it was still stopped up. I called no one was able to come out until the 26th which is understandable since it was Christmas that following day. another plumber came out and informed me that the person that came was not really a plumber but just a person that unclog the toilet. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed a new toilet and then quoted me a price of $1300 to install a new toilet. I did inquire about a refund since the job was not completed effectively. I was told they could possibly install the toilet at a small discount. Went to Home Depot purchase a toilet for $200 and $250 for installation. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone I lost out on a lot of money with no result. I am very disappointing. Please donâ t use this company."

"Was told, I had to pay $50 for them to come out and see what was wrong. I didn't mind paying that. The man broke the pipe worse than what it was. Didn't fix it before he left and charged me $189 For attempting to fix the pipe. This all happened in less than 10 minutes. I will never call these people again. How do you go from $50 to $189 in 10 minutes after breaking something worse than it was."

They worked with us and explained every step of the process, helping us with design decisions and selections. The end product, our new kitchen, is of the highest quality. "Terrible experience. We contracted with Prime Custom (Kamil) to do a full bathroom and kitchen remodel in 2021 and we have had tons of issues. Their license # 2705166476 that they were operating under has been REVOKED as of May 2024. You can check this for yourself by going to the Virginia state website [*** Link removed ***] and entering the License # 2705166476. Yes, the name on the VA state website is different but they were operating externally as Prime Custom. As proof, I have attached a picture of the contract which shows the above License # , and Prime Custom's name. They are now operating under a different license # 2705173804 which I find highly unethical. I have already filed a complaint with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and they will investigate if any laws were broken. Before considering doing business with Prime Custom, or any other contractor, please ensure that you look up their license number on the above Virginia State website. Summary of my experience: - Bathroom: The shower has developed a major leak which is going through the bathroom floor into the lower level. See pictures. I am contracting with another company to fix, which is going to cost thousands of dollars. Kitchen - It failed gas and safety inspections multiple times. To this day, I am concerned about the structural integrity of the load bearing wall in the kitchen and am contracting with another company to fix. Hopefully, this review can save others from the extremely frustrating experience that I have gone through."

"We would like to say thank you to KBA Kitchen & Bath Design & Build for a great job remodeling our two upstairs bathrooms. The two bathrooms were completely renovated in 5 weeks, but it could have been finished even sooner if we hadn’t selected a premium option for our shower glass enclosure. The entire project was started and finished between January 21, 2025 until February 28, 2025, which included the crew working two Saturdays, which shows their dedication in getting the job done. We were very impressed with KBA over the entire project! Specifically, we were impressed at how smooth and efficient the entire process was. It was seamless – from the initial consultation to the execution of the job. The designer, Anna, was very thorough and helpful in sketching the designs of new bathrooms and offering advice on recommended materials for the bathroom, to include going above and beyond in helping us choose just the right paint colors to perfectly blend with our newly installed bathroom accessories. Anna and Ervin both made after hour visits to provide their insight on color schemes and where bathroom accessories should be installed and look best. The lead project manager, Ervin, was always there to answer our questions, and he went out of his way to always ensure we were happy customers! Ervin also visited on many occasions to give us updates on project progress and keeping his crew updated on any changes. The installation team always showed up on time, left the work area clean, and went above and beyond to make our design a reality. Anna, Ervin and the crew were always very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout this project. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome as we absolutely love our bathrooms! We highly recommend choosing KBA for your next home project!"
