"At first my experience with Dystempool was not good. I made an appointment for a Monday, waited at home all day and they never showed up. Tuesday morning I sent them an unhappy email. Nick answered it, apologizing that he was out of town and his technician had suffered an injury. He promised to get there that day. Nick arrived late in the day and worked all by himself into the night and did a very thorough job. He spent a lot of time clearing the line for my waterslide. I was especially impressed that he was able to install my Loop-loc cover all by himself. The next day I noticed he had replaced one of the cover anchors and didnâ t charge me for it; didnâ t even mention it. His fee was $100 less than my usual company charges and they couldnâ t get me in until November. I am more than satisfied with the work Nick did and I plan to hire him for my spring opening. "I previously had my pool opened and closed by the company that installed it-an inground saltwater, fiberglass pool. Once opened, I had to clean the pool for multiple days before I could use it. I needed to find a company that would provide regular cleaning service throughout the season and was I fortunate to have selected Subcomm. Once they opened the pool they stayed and cleaned the pool and returned a few days later to make certain everything was successful.They are punctual, responsive and provide an excellent job of keeping my pool clean. My pool needed pretty much a rework of all the filtering and pump equipment due to age.

Contacted several companies for quotes.  BJ's was in the middle ground pricewise, but 2 of the companies were also sky high on their estimates.

These guys removed all the old equipment, put in a new concrete pad, & installed all new equipment.

They started on schedule and finished when they said they would.

Bill from BJ's did a great job and is very professional as is everyone else there at BJs.

Bob (the owner of BJs) even found me a replacement for my outdated fiber optic light which had not worked in years and had been discontinued by the manufacturers for years as well. Talk about finding a needle in a haystack!

What really distinguished them from all the other companies was their willingness to put their weekly service package prices on their website. After I called and explained our problem to the Service Manager, Hristo, he gave me step-by-step instructions to follow so that I could narrow down the source of the leak myself without having to pay to send out a technician to do it. This really ended up saving us money because as it turned out, we did not have a leak.
