"Nathan was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. The job turned out to be more involved than expected but his truck was fully equipped to diagnose and remedy all issues.. Whistlers uses sophisticated diagnostic equipment so it will not take 3 or 4 trips to solve the problem. Their fees are not bargain basement, but well worth it. The job is perfect. I will call them again. Most impressed."

"I had a sewer backup into my finished basement - an awful mess.  I called them and within hours they arrived.  The serviceman found the cleanout rooted out my sewer pipe, found tree roots, and then because my pipes were PVC and only 12 years old he got his scope and ran it down the pipe to find the problem.  Found that the pipe was incorrectly connected to the county sewer lines 70 feet away from my house.  I asked if there was anyway that he could locate it literally in my backyard.  He got some more equipment and walked around my wooded backyard, through raspberry briers, weeds, and thorns for 10 minutes.  Finally, he located the spot and marked it with a stake for me. (Because the repair by them of approximately $1500 was more than I could afford and I was going to do it by myself). When it came time for the bill he presented me the bill for $250 for the cost of the rooting only.  The rest he said "didnt take him very long and he was happy to help me out".
Well I am going to dig up the pipe myself this month and then call them back to do the repair on the pipe.  They are going to be my plumbers for life - I cant say enough about what a great experience I had with them."

"The contractor was a true pro.,he new his product ,he new how important to size the heater needed to do the job correctly and he priced the install accordingly. He was prompt always on time, removed the old water heater and made necessary changes to my home to accommodate the new tankless heater. He installed a new unit that has a great reliability history and long term warranty at a fair cost. Not heard of in todayâ s business world and the man that owns the business is the person who actually does the work! I feel like I did hire a true PRO for my job and I would recommend him to anyone that would need his service in the future!"

"They were efficient and replacing my leaking outdoor faucet and most reasonably priced would recommend their services"

"Chris told me exactly how it would go and that it would take about 4 hours. Well he and his co-worker finished in about 2-1/2 hours, cleaned-up and hauled all boxes and old equipment off. Very professional, knowledgeable in a lot of different areas, and punctual (shows-up on-time or calls to explain why he can't be there i.e. weather). I would definitely hire this service(s) again."

"Excellent. They made a great recommendation on what products to use, and completed the install quickly and carefully. Had water back in no time."

"They are replacing my water heater."

"They take money on muy account for my home warranty service, and they are very responsive, and very reliable. They send Repair companies to my house for repairs and services."
