"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

He certainly could have stood to make more money by just going with our original plan to repair the existing slab garage foundation, but he instead told us what he would do if it were his home. "Luke did an EXCELLENT job! His estimate was fair and didn't change mid-job. He was at my home every day at the time he said he would be and worked through the day and kept us abreast of his progress and what he would be doing the next day. Every day when he left, he cleaned up anything he used and left no mess (really we left a bigger mess). He removed the shelving systems in the closets and replaced them when he was done, moved all the heavy appliances and furniture and really, once he left, we were left with a beautiful home and no signs he was ever there. He is professional, polite and a very talented young man. We already have plans to hire him for additional projects. Choosing this young man would not be a mistake.
