"It was disappointing to not have John come do the project. Initially the job was to install recess lights, repair motion sensors and install light posts. Turns out that the person John sent in his place only did the recess lights with no mention or attempt to perform the other jobs. I had to keep reminding him to adjust the high hat base to line up with and conceal the obvious gaps made (the holes in the ceiling appeared slightly wider than the circumference of the high hats installed. It took him 5 hrs to install the 6 lights which I though was lengthy given there was no electrical connections made. Entire process was just different from what I was expecting which is why I took away 1 star"

"Very cordial, very professional, very polite and a pleasure to have them around. However one some detail, they installed 3 200 amp circuit breaker panels in a 12-hour day. Once done the panels were not flush with the wall. Had to wait 3 weeks for them to come back and encapsulate the panels to existing walls. Once that was done they never returned to sand or paint there work, Currently waiting on inspection from Edison."

All the equipment supplied was 100% new, still in the factory cartons and the installation work was TOP QUALITY. Ray not only sold me the job but he did the installation too.
