"Can't say enough good things about Nick. Fast communication, professional, friendly, honest advice (pointed out a few things while he was there, not upselling, just letting us know about potential future issues). Reasonable prices (more of a rarity these days). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

"The toilet installation holds water so far. I?m unsatisfied with the service because 1. I specifically requested haul away of the old toilet. Andrew showed up in a sedan and said his buddy would pick up later that day. That did not happen, even after a week, despite my repeated reminders. He?s been citing too busy and at the end he said the garbage men would take it. 2. The flange was too old and damaged ? Andrew showed me that. But without updating the agreed-upon quote, he asked to replace it. In the naive eyes of a new homeowner as myself, I thought it was covered by the original quote. It was only after all had been done that he said the flange replacement costs more than the toilet install itself. I learned only afterwards that New York State law requires a signed contract for home improvement projects costing more than $500 (NY Gen Bus L § 773). With this almost $700 project, I only got a receipt. So make sure to get everything in writing and pay only it is truly done."
