We have called and asked the status, and the dispatchers simply say you?ll get a call back from someone, who never messages. If you think paying 2x the cost of other companies gets you better service or a qualified tech - save your money and go elsewhere. We now have been sitting in 88% humidity, paint peeling off our window seals to try and keep the house cool, damaged AC unit, and their leadership avoids any calls. We plan to file a lawsuit."
