"Bryson is very professional in every aspect of his business dealings. He was prompt in arranging a time to come and discuss my project, get me a quote, and schedule a time to complete the actual work. Bryson and his crew get at it, too. He has all the equipment and he shows up and works. If he doesn’t have the ability to do something, he has people he knows that he can use and has established connections in many related areas of landscaping. Bryson is very fair in his pricing and is willing to work until the job is done."

"Our concrete steps at the front of the house were sinking. They were still in good shape so we weren't looking to replace. Slab science came out and lifted the steps from underneath. It looks great and was very cost effective."

"The price is just too high. They were very, very professional. They laid everything out, measured everything. It was very good. My interactions with them were great. I didn't have a problem with them at all. It was very detailed, you know... the price of the concrete, the price of the labor. Everything was there. It was good. The quality of the estimate was very good. Yeah, I might get an estimate from Artistic Floor USA Inc again in the future."

"Provided a competitive quote for services. Were unable to do framing corrections, but foundation pier solution was at a competitive price. Our buyer cancelled the sale, but I believe the seller went with this company to do the work."

"Humberto & Ellison were AMAZING to work with. It was great to work with someone who placed quality of the job over everything else. They listened to what my goals were for the project & offered suggestions to improve so I would get even better results. Out of 6 quotes, they were the only ones who got the size of the job correct (75 yards - everyone else was quoting 50 to 60 yards). Their crew was SUPER friendly, hard working & very good! "Awesome job" is what most people say when they see the driveway. They treated me so well that I look forward to seeing them again!"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Roebuck, SC

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
