"I?m sad to write this review as Hero started off as a wonderful landscape partner to us with excellent communication and integrity. Unfortunately this past year we paid for a season pass of bi-weekly lawn mowing services plus an additional spring clean up service. We tried to work things out with Hero but ultimately we received fewer than half the lawn visits, no spring clean up and the visits we received were sporatic and not on the promised timeline. Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person. We lost $480 in services."

Vince and his team did a fantastic job from demo to cleanup to the finish touches per schedule. Vince was honest at front and very professional. Based on the Scope of Work I presented to him, we were all in the same page. Once milestones were completed within the Project Timeline, payment was made to him in a timely manner. Platinum is honest, reliable, and work ethic is impeccable. I was impressed with their work and demeanor, I hired them again the winter of 2018 for a minor remodel on one of my rental properties and in the Spring/Summer of 2019 for a Major Rehab on a Fix and Flip project in the Lombard area.
