My LG clothes dryer stopped operating on a Friday, the major appliance center where I've purchased all my appliances and electronics said no service appts. were available for 10 days (!) and quoted me an unreasonable service call fee. I took a chance by calling Yabi Services, and not only was Yabi able to schedule me the next day, Saturday, but the questions he properly asked on the phone provided him enough information to show up for the appt., on time, with a replacement motor. He explained the problem, the solution, the costs involved (labor and parts), and performed the work quickly AND correctly, with the help of his colleague, Mike. My dryer is like new! I would not hesitate to call Yabi again, and happy to recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repair."

"It was absolutely fantastic!! I could not be happier or more satisfied. I called on Friday, and Frankie said he could come the next day (Saturday!) or on Monday. Monday it was. He knew where to look for solutions and worked on both my refrigerator and stacked washer/dryer. He was tenacious and persistent and would not give up until both appliances were completely and totally FIXED. He didn't charge by the hour, but by the project. And I was more than impressed by the cost. Amazing. I will NEVER look elsewhere for any future appliance repairs. I have such peace of mind as someone who does not know the difference between a gadget and widget--they offer excellent, timely service, honest work, incredible pricing, and they won't quit until the job is done and done right! 5 stars for me. The repair technician was through and was able to repair microwave the first day and he had to pickup parts for the refrigerator repair the next day.
