It only took a few days for the parts to arrive and they were able to schedule me in for the service call. The first technician was able to maintain the ignition valve until the new part was available, which was directly responsible for heating my home. The second technician installed the part and was able to assist me in some technical updates on the app and digital thermostats. I learned so much from Michael and appreciated his knowledge and patience. He also fixed a safety issue on the second level and adjusted the air flow for the system. "There was a leak in the faucet that was replaced but there was another leak that they didn't discover. They weren't able to replace a drain and he bought me a plug instead of fixing the drain. I had to have another plumber come in and replace the drain for me.  I did use them again. I would be limited on what you had them do.  If there was a problem that they had to find....if it wasn't really obvious, I don't think they have the skill to do it. They need to have better training for their plumber to make his training a little broader.  I think what he knew, he did well.  He was a little slipper.  I made him come back.  He had plumber's putty all over the bathtub.  That was messy.  He shouldn't have done that. It was a terrible job on tub. What they did on the plumber was good, they just didn't find everything. What they did on the toilets were okay.  I had them come back and put in two more.  I wouldn't use them again. The messy cutting out the wall was really bad. They were sloppy.  They installed the toilet nicely and put a nice new faucet in."
